State Systems Acquires; Expands VoIP Services to Memphis Clients

State Systems Inc., a fire protection, low voltage and cabling company, recently acquired Communications Technology Group Inc. (CTG), a communications systems and low-voltage services firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
