A robust fire alarm system is an important part of a life safety network.  State Systems carries a complete line of  Edward Systems Technology (EST) products.  EST2 is a modular system, available with integrated dual-channel audio and peer-to-peer networking.  With EST2 systems you can start small and expand as system requirements change.

EST2 technology can be installed as a stand-alone system or can be networked to provide up to 30 remote annunciators per panel.   Standalone systems can provide up to 192 intelligent detectors or 600 conventional detectors, 188 intelligent I/O modules or any mix of 192 relay, isolator or sounder bases.   Networked systems can provide up to 960 intelligent detectors, 3000 conventional detectors, 940 intelligent I/O modules and any mix of 960 relay, isolator or sounder bases.

The audio capabilities of the system can include emergency paging, evacuation signaling and firefighters' telephone system.  Distributed amplification can be supported, with up to two 50 watt distributed amplifiers in remote locations.

State Systems can also provide you with a wide range of products and parts for your fire alarm system, including:

  • Amplifiers
  • Power supplies
  • Cabinets
  • Detectors
  • I/O modules
  • Speakers
  • Emergency lighting

The technicians at State Systems are experienced at the installation and maintenance of these systems.  In many cases, EST2 systems can use existing wiring, thanks to a unique communications protocol.  If you would like to learn more about a fire alarm system for your company, please call or e-mail us today.
