State Systems Purchases New Memphis Location

Update: State Systems has since moved from this location. They are currently located at 1861 Vanderhorn Drive, Memphis, TN 38134. 

Memphis-based State Systems today announced that it has purchased new office space at 1861 Vanderhorn and will relocate to the property after completing renovations in 2016.

Located at 3755 Cherry Road since 1997, State Systems will gain an additional 9,000 square feet for the company’s 125 employees in the new 30,000-square-foot building as well as a more centralized location to the local customer base. Planned renovations include a shop build-out and creation of private interior offices, which are set to commence at the beginning of 2016.

“After 18 years at our current location, we have decided to relocate to a larger building that better suits our current needs,” said Bob McBride, CEO of State Systems. “We are in a state of growth and expansion, and this move will allow us to further facilitate this growth and put us in the center of our customers to better communicate with and serve them.”

This relocation comes after State Systems recently announced an expansion to the Little Rock market and recent acquisitions of two Mid-South total protection companies – Memphis-based ESI Companies Inc. and Corinth, Mississippi-based Ver-Max Inc. – earlier this year.

State Systems is a privately owned total protection company offering a wide range of products and services, which is housed in five separate company divisions. The company’s longest-standing and best-known services – fire protection equipment, prevention training and cleaning services – have been enhanced by new technology, including CCTV, access control and network services.
