State Systems, Inc. Adds Three to Memphis Team
Memphis-based total protection company State Systems Inc. today announced the addition of three new members to the Memphis team – Mark Walker Brown, Jeremy C. Jones and Chad Dunlap Farr.
Brown was hired as the new marketing director. His responsibilities include managing State Systems’ digital presence, as well as developing marketing strategies through coordination with outside vendors. Previously, he served as the instructor support liaison for the Brigham Young University Independent Study program, where he interviewed, trained and supervised employees; compiled and analyzed data; generated statistical reports; and monitored lessons and quality of university courses. He is currently involved with the Lipscomb Pitts Breakfast Club and the Boy Scouts of America, and he volunteers weekly at the Humane Society of Memphis & Shelby County. Brown attended Brigham Young University and currently resides in Midtown.
Jones brings seven years of experience and a Level III certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies with him to State Systems in his dual role as sprinkler designer and sales representative. Jones formerly worked for Security Fire Protection as a designer of fire sprinkler systems for its contracts department. He currently serves as secretary of the Mid-South chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers and is a board member of Cause-Play Memphis. He will be receiving a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership from the University of Memphis this December. Jones currently resides in the East Memphis area.
Farr, a Memphis native, has been hired on as an account executive. His duties will include selling structured cabling, such as voice/data and CCTV, to clients. Formerly, he worked as a realtor for Crye-Leike. Farr attended Lee University and currently lives in the East Memphis area.
