State Systems Announces New Hires To Newly Expanded Little Rock Team
Memphis-based total protection company State Systems today announced the new hires of Sandi Scott and Leslie Ann Brown to spearhead business at the company’s new location in Little Rock, Arkansas, an expansion announced earlier this month.
Scott will serve as the branch manager. Her responsibilities include overseeing business operations in Little Rock and helping expand State Systems’ services farther into central Arkansas. She is bringing with her more than 20 years of experience building and leading successful sales teams. Previously, she worked with RMR Sales in advanced cabling and as a service account executive and sales manager for Arkansas Automatic Sprinklers | United Fire Suppression. Prior to involvement in the protective services industry, she owned and operated five Curves for Women franchises in Tennessee and Arkansas, as well as several Allstate Insurance Agencies. She has been a member of the American Society for Industrial Security International for the past nine years and currently serves as the Woman in Security for the Little Rock Chapter. She is also involved with the Arkansas chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors, the Arkansas Association of Education Administrators and the Arkansas Area Education Association. She attended The University of Tennessee at Martin, and she currently resides in the Little Rock area.
Brown has been hired as an account executive for State Systems. Her responsibilities will include assisting clients with property protection solutions to best meet their needs, as well as selling low voltage systems, fire suppression technology, fire protection and pressure washing services. With 14 years of sales experience under her belt, Brown also worked for Arkansas Automatic Sprinklers | United Fire Suppression as a commercial account executive, and she served as an education account executive at ArCom Systems and as a sales representative at Harcourt Achieve previously. She is involved in the Arkansas School Plant Management Association, Arkansas Rural Education Association and the Central Arkansas Council of Associated Builders and Contractors. She graduated from Harding University with a Master of Education, and she is a resident of Bryant, Arkansas.
