MEMPHIS, Tenn., Jan. 15, 2024 – Memphis-based total protection company State Systems today announced the acquisition of Dunk Fire & Security, a full-service fire protection provider based in Springdale, Arkansas. Since its founding in 2005, Dunk has established a reputation as a trusted provider of fire protection services, primarily in low voltage and sprinkler systems.

The acquisition comes on the heels of the retirement of founders Ken and Rose Dunk. State Systems has absorbed Dunk’s 52 employees, including the founders’ son, Jason Dunk, who was named security systems manager at State Systems.
