MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE, June 20, 2019 – State Systems, the Mid South’s leading fire protection and low voltage technology provider, announced today the acquisition of Huntsville-based Systems Technology Co. The Huntsville location will join offices in Columbia, TN and Conway, AR as the third satellite branch, extending SSI’s reach even further into Alabama and Tennessee.
Systems Technology was founded in 1987 by Robert Lupo and has provided life safety systems including fire alarm systems, video surveillance, access control, sound and communication products, and fire suppression systems to many business, educational, and healthcare facilities in Northern Alabama and into Tennessee. Effective immediately, State Systems will absorb the company’s employees and begin servicing customers in Huntsville and surrounding areas with plans to bring additional services into those areas in the future.
