State Systems Acquires Memphis-Based ESI

Second acquisition in 30 days extends State Systems’ health care footprint

Total protection company State Systems today announced the acquisition of Memphis-based ESI Companies Inc. – a technology company known as the major provider of top-of-the-line nurse call systems for Mid-South hospitals and health care facilities.

The transaction was completed this morning and State Systems will begin servicing existing ESI customers as early as today. This news marks the second State Systems acquisition in 30 days; the sixth in nearly 10 years for the family-owned protection and life safety systems company.
